Welcome to outside living Mediterranean style. Our overseas executive client had purchased their extended six-bedroom family property and were looking for a full-scale refurbishment and alteration of the home into a smart liveable space that accommodated practically for their young vibrant growing family. They also wanted to make full use of the garden area for the kids’ playtime and family/guest entertaining. The property featured interconnecting receptions, ornate cornicing, fireplaces, high ceilings, large bay windows, a grand spiral staircase and original stained glass window lobby area, basement, plus front and rear garden. We refurbished the entire space and opened it up for a luxury kitchen and dining area experience with a 15 sqm  rear extension and double skylights to flood the place with light. We worked together with the client who procured their own luxury sanitaryware, kitchen and white goods. The result was high end practical living with family focus in keeping with the clients’ Mediterranean heritage, style and inviting nature.

BERKELEY COURT

We were engaged by this high profile residential block over a period of 5 years to clean and renovate the whole façade restoring the Portland stone brick work back to its former glory. It also included replacing the corroded steel frames structure of the building approx. 14 720sqm, replacing tiles and two large lightwells plus building a leafy urban private residence roof garden including summer house and terrace space, adhering to health and safety regulation, plus waterproofing balconies. The project also comprised of full refurbishment and alteration of 7 luxury residences of approx. 125-330sqm using European architects and interior designers to create fabulous living spaces using Italian materials, tiles, furniture and joinery work, full electrical work, plus plumbing and installing spa bathrooms, jacuzzi baths and walk-in showers.

WEST BYFLEET

Our client had relocated from overseas and wanted to re-imprint her home space with a luxury modern style that possessed quality, was super practical for her working from home provision, yet creative and fun enough for her young family. Home entertaining in the kitchen area with plenty of lighting throughout was also key for our client. A traditional property measuring 350sqm set back in a leafy quiet street within the stockbroker belt, we undertook a full-scale renovation and alteration including reversal of the staircase, change in direction of the front door and porch, ensuite bathrooms, showers, bedrooms, kitchen area for entertaining, pantry, laundry room, kids playroom and office study to create a sense of work-serenity within the home. The result was richly high end with intricate wallpaper design, quality prints, fixtures, and finishes. Everything had its relevant space.

LONDON SW1V

The client was looking for an enriched quality to their first floor balcony apartment of a Georgian property that was also practical, stylish and took in consideration their working from home and living arrangements. It included bespoke joinery work, full alteration of the bathroom to increase its size and feel through raising the ceilings, Italian marble tiling and flooring, fixtures and special effect lighting to create a spacious spa feel. The rest of the project included full kitchen installation using Corian worktops, lighting, cornicing, and fitting a bespoke onyx floor tile set within the timber floor. The result was a palpable feeling of lightness, sense of order and flow to this bijou residence.

This residential project involved the complete demolition, planning and buildup of a kitchen extension, utility room and kitchen (client supplied) installation. The client was looking for a new update that included increased worktop space for food preparation and that was integrated with the dining room area. We re-designed lighting for space and shelving for functionality to produce a kitchen and extension that allowed for high end practicality.
